Freeport-McMoRan Global Supply Chain uses a variety of tools in our supply chain processes. Both prospective and incumbent suppliers have an active role in online bidding events / eRFx and eCommerce marketplace activities. Since many of these technologies may be new to our suppliers, we offer this training area to increase supplier proficiencies.
Previously, we held supplier training via a live telephone conference. Now we offer automated, self-service training. The new format provides suppliers with an easily accessible training tool they can use at their convenience.
